Due to an internal promotion we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic Business Officer to become an integral part of or National Business Services Team.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide professional, effective and efficient administrative and business support to the Toowoomba office.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited:

• Providing administrative and financial support to the Toowoomba office
• Coordinate business services functions for the Toowoomba office
• Accounts payable / Accounts Receivable
• Assisting with Tender and bid submission preparation
• Project Management Administration and archiving
• Relief Receptionist duties

Skills and experience required for this role include:

• Diploma or Certificate in a financial Discipline desirable.
• Two years minimum experience in a similar role.
• High level of competency in MS Office software; particularly MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• A high level of organisational, planning, time management and problem solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
