How Much Do You Value Life?
Henry David Thoreau said ?The price of anything is the amount of life you exchange for it.?
How valuable is your life and how much of your life are you willing to exchange to live a legacy of greatness in the world?
Some people who are lost in the exigencies of life, do not take the time to answer to this question, while other?s are just too side-tracked or lazy to even ask.
Each one of us is born on purpose and with a purpose. Not one of us was put on this earth without a seed of greatness within us. We each have an extremely valuable contribution to make with our lives. So how do some of us learn to understand this truth, while others appear to remain blind to it?
I think that a great deal of this comes out of us learning how to give and that there is something greater than ourselves to be concerned about. So many people are lost in the petty problems of their small existence. When we get outside of ourselves, we realize that our lives here are limited and that time is a currency we are foolish to waste.
The world needs all of us. It needs our gifts, our talents, our love, our insights, our wisdom and our genius.
